REMINDER: The Kootenai County Water District No. 1 system will have a planned water service shutdown on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM to allow the Phase 2 Project tie-in of two major new mains. Main tie-ins will be done on Mullen Trail and Sunnyside Rd. In order to accomplish this work, the valves on the main to the reservoir must be closed, and the reservoir will not be replenished while the work is being done.
All Patrons are asked to stop all water use during the shutdown period so as not to deplete the reservoir and risk depressurization of distribution mains.
