KCWD#1 Resolution 2020-01 Repeal of Water Hook-up Moratorium

After examining analyzed system performance data, and after extensive discussion and input from Patrons over the last five months during public Board Meetings, the Board of Directors, by a majority vote, approved a Resolution on April 22, 2020 to repeal the Water Hook-up Moratorium, KCWD#1 Resolution 2018-01.  To view the signed and sealed Resolution 2020-01, please go to the link on the KCWD#1 Resolution 2020-01 Repeal of the Water Hook-up Moratorium Page.

Kootenai County Board of Directors Special Meeting-New Date!
