The KCWD#1 Facility Plan has received Preliminary Technical Approval from DEQ as of March 14, 2022. Per Idaho statutes requirements, the District will begin a two week Public Comment period beginning Monday, March 28, 2022, ending April 11, 2022.
Interested parties may submit comments via email to "custserv.kcwd1@gmail.com" using Subject Line "Facility Plan Comments". Input may also be given in person to the Board of Directors at a public meeting to be held on Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at the Coeur d'Alene Public Library located at 702 E Front Ave. in Coeur d'Alene, from 12:00 noon to 3:00 PM.
