NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Kootenai County Water District No. 1 (the “District”, “KCWD#1”) will conduct a
public hearing on Wednesday, August 26, 2020, at 6:00 PM at the Fire Station,
located at 7739 E Sunnyside Rd., Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, 83814, to consider
the Petition for
Annexation dated August 8, 2020 by property owner Petitioners as follows:
The
petitioners are requesting annexation into the District a subdivided portion of
their property located at 7484 E Sunnyside Rd., Coeur d’Alene, ID 83814, the
property portion legally identified as COVAN LOTS, LT 1 BLK 1 2750N03W, PID
0-L410-001-001-0.
All interested
persons or entities can submit written comments within the ten (10) days
prior to the hearing date. Further information regarding the proposed parcel

PROPOSED BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2020-2021
KOOTENAI COUNTY WATER DISTRICT No. 1
Notice is hereby given that Kootenai County Water District No. 1 (KCWD#1), Kootenai County, Idaho, will hold a public hearing for the consideration of the proposed budget for the fiscal period December 1, 2020 to November 30, 2021, pursuant to the applicable section(s) of Idaho Code. The hearing will be held at the Fire Station, 7739 E. Sunnyside Road, Coeur d’Alene, ID at 6:00 P.M. on Wednesday August 26, 2020. All interested resident patrons and tax payers are invited to appear and show cause, if any, why such budget should or should not be adopted.
The proposed revenues and expenditures for fiscal year 2021 have been tentatively approved by the Kootenai County Water District No. 1 Board of Directors (the “Board”) at a public meeting held August 10, 2020.
