KOOTENAI COUNTY WATER DISTRICT NO. 1
NOTICE OF FACILITY PLAN TWO WEEK PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
The Kootenai
County Water District No. 1 (“KCWD#1”, the “District”) Facility Plan has
received DEQ Preliminary Technical Approval as of March 14, 2022. Per
Idaho statute requirements, the District will begin a two week Public Comment
period beginning Monday, March 28, 2022, ending April 11, 2022.
Interested parties may submit comments via email to custserv.kcwd1@gmail.com using Subject Line "Facility Plan Comments". Input may also be given in person to the Board of Directors at a public meeting to be held on Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at the Coeur d'Alene Public Library located at 702 E Front Ave. in Coeur d'Alene, from 12:00 noon to 3:00 PM.
