URGENT NOTICE TO CONSERVE WATER USAGE
WE ARE ASKING ALL PATRONS TO CONSERVE WATER USEAGE. DUE TO THE EXTREME TEMPERATURES WATER USAGE HAS INCREASED TO A LEVEL THAT WE NEED EVERYONE TO REDUCE THE OUTSIDE WATER USAGE. YOUR COOPERATION IS GREATLY APPRECIATED. WE ARE HAVING TO BRING IN WATER TO MAINTAIN OUR SAND FILTRATIONS BAYS.

Grouse Meadows Booster Pump Failures - Water Service Interruption
Around 8:30 PM this evening, it was reported that Water Service for Grouse Meadows Patrons is being minimally supplied by only the small pump at the booster station. There was a failure of one of the three pumps about a week ago, and parts were ordered to schedule the repair. Unfortunately, the other large pump also has experienced a failure at this time. KCWD#1 is working on combining the working parts of the two failed pumps to get one pump fully operating. The repair is estimated to take approximately three hours, and water service is expected to be restored around 11:30 PM tonight. Please monitor the blog for any updates. Thank you.
