UPDATE 7:00 PM: Leak has been stopped, but repair work of the site will be completed Thursday morning.
A leak was discovered this afternoon on Ponderosa at Cartwright in the Bonanza area of the District. Locates have been called in and the District crew is onsite and will be repairing the leak today. Patrons on Cartwright, Hoss, Allen, and Little Joe will experience water service interruption beginning around 5:00 PM. ETR (Estimated Time of Restoration) is expected to be 9:00 PM. Reminder: Patrons who have had their water service interrupted, should open one inside tap slowly to vent any air that may have gotten into their plumbing, and then flush their lines until running water is clear during first use.
