Update 5:00 PM: Valves are being turned on again. Water Service is being restored to E Highview Dr. and Kingswood.
A repair of a leak on E Highview Dr. has turned out to be more extensive than expected and, unfortunately, is going to require isolating the section of main that services Patrons on Highview Rd. and Kingswood. The water valve will be closed off at 1:30 p.m., interrupting service to all E Highview and Kingswood Patrons. The Estimated Time of Restoration (ETR) is 6:00 PM this evening.
