NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FOR PROPOSED MOVEMENT OF EXISTING WATER METER
KOOTENAI COUNTY WATER DISTRICT NO. 1
Kootenai County, Idaho
Pursuant to Idaho Code 42-3212 (e), (h), and/or (k), the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Kootenai County water District No. 1 (the “District”) will be holding a public hearing on the proposed movement of an existing water meter from one parcel of real property to another. The public hearing will held as follows:

Location: 6095 Mullan Trail Road, Coeur ‘d Alene, Idaho 83814
The hearing is based upon the request of a property owner to move the location of an existing water meter from a formerly owned property to a currently owned property. Apparently, the meter may service multiple families.

Summary and Purpose of Petition Request: The Board will receive information from the applicant and/or public comment to deliberate regarding Petitioner/Applicants movement of an existing water meter to another property parcel; from one parcel of real property to another.
All persons interested in appearing at the time and place of the hearing identified above may be heard as to whether the request should or should not be granted. The Board shall consider, at the hearing any objection presented in writing. The Board may also take testimony from District staff and/or members of the public at such hearing. Based upon the evidence received, the Board may make findings of fact and act upon the request.
Anyone wishing to provide written comments, who is unable to attend the hearing, may provide them in advance of the hearing by sending them first class mail, postage pre-paid, to:

Written comments and information must be submitted before the hearing. Written comments may also be presented at the hearing, although additional written information (information contained on papers) will not be accepted at the hearing.
Failure to have your written comments submitted to the Board in advance of the public hearing means they will not be considered by the Board at the public hearing.
