Buckboard Rd. Water Main Break - Temporary Water Service Interruption
UPDATE 6:50 PM: Water Service has been restored, and all valves were re-opened. However, water leak is not surfacing in the same place. The District will have to watch over the weekend to pinpoint where the repair needs to be made. As of now, the District is operating in the normal mode through the reservoir.
Reminder: Patrons who have had their water service interrupted, should open one inside tap slowly to vent any air that may have gotten into their plumbing, and then flush their lines until running water is clear, during first use.
_____________________________
The District has identified a break on the Main serving the Reservoir on Buckboard Rd. Valves will be shut in order to isolate the leak so that it can be repaired. Unfortunately, repairs cannot begin until tomorrow morning.
Patrons on Ponderosa, Buckboard, and possibly others, will experience a water service interruption until District personnel can set the system up to work directly from the pumps at the main Pump house. Estimated Time of Restoration (ETR) with this temporary bypass of the reservoir operation is anticipated to be 6:30 PM this evening.
Please monitor the blog for updates, and let your neighbors know about this water service interruption as not all Patrons subscribe to the blog.

Billing Errors: New Bills to be Issued Week of August 11, 2025
Due to an update in the accounting software for the District, the bills that were issued approximately a week ago had calculation errors which were not caught until the bills were mailed. The calculation formula has been corrected, and new bills will be issued in the next week. If you have not already paid your bill, please use the new billing to pay. If you have already paid based upon the bill you received last week, that amount will be credited to your account, and adjustments made in the next regular billing.
