  • Regular Board meetings are held every fourth Wednesday of the month and are open to the Public.
  • Beginning December 2021, location of meetings is at the Eastside Highway District, 6095 E. Mullan Trail Rd.
  • Meetings begin at 6:00 PM.
  • Agendas are posted on the blogspot at kcwd1.blogspot.com, and  Plant door at least 48 hours before a meeting.
  • Special Meetings may be called and Patrons will be notified at least 48 hours prior to the meeting by notice on the blogspot at kcwd1.blogspot.com, or by phone, delivering or mailing written notice, or posting on the Plant door.

 Billing and Payments
  • Bills are issued every two (2) months.
  • Payment due dates are the 26th of February, April, June, August, October, and December.
  • The District does not accept debit or credit card payments due to the additional associated banking fees.
