REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Professional Engineering Services
Kootenai County Water District No. 1, Coeur d’Alene, ID 83814 (the “District”, “KCWD#1”) is seeking Professional Engineering services pursuant to Idaho Code 67-2320. The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select an engineering firm to amend the District’s Engineering Facility Plan currently submitted to the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) and obtain final approval, develop designs and plans for submission to DEQ, and provide project management and engineering oversight of the repairs and upgrades documented in the Engineering Facility Plan. The District’s Project will be funded by a Revolving Idaho State Loan, authorized by a Bond approved by District Patrons in the November 2019 election.
Deadline
for submitting proposals will be Tuesday, November 3, 2020 by 5:00 PM. No proposals will be accepted after this date
and time. The District does not
