Update Sunday Night - System Recovery

 To All Patrons:

As of tomorrow, Monday, the water system will have been operating in a stable mode for 48 hours.  The District can then collect coliform samples and bacteriological samples to be sent in for lab analysis.  This is an important step in the process to qualify the water being produced by the system.  As soon as results are available, we will report on the blog.

THE ENTIRE DISTRICT IS STILL UNDER A BOIL ORDER.

DO NOT DRINK ANY WATER COMING FROM THE SYSTEM AT THIS TIME UNLESS YOU HAVE BOILED THE WATER FOR AT LEAST ONE MINUTE.

THE WATER, AS SUPPLIED, CAN BE USED FOR ALL NON-POTABLE USES INCLUDING TOILET FLUSHING, LAUNDRY, SHOWERS (DO NOT DRINK!), AND LIVESTOCK.

THE DISTRICT WILL NOTIFY PATRONS WHEN THE WATER PRODUCED BY THE SYSTEM HAS TESTED AS BEING SAFE FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION.
