This emergency message is from the Kootenai
County Water District No. 1 Board of Directors.
To all Patrons,
Yesterday morning, the Fire Department responded to a grass fire
on S Bonnell, and utilized the District hydrant in the area. The reservoir was depleted in the effort, did
not recover overnight and the level is still falling.
Effective immediately, please turn off all outside watering for
today, and use water for essential tasks only.
Please pass this information on to your
neighbors as some have not provided, or updated, a phone number for automated
notifications.
